We recently used Westbrook Homes to inspect a house we are purchasing. They were easy to get in touch with and were able to schedule the inspection in a timely manner. In addition to the main house they also inspected the pool and performed a radon test. They were very thorough and found several issues that need to be corrected. These corrections paid for by the current owners will make up for the cost of the inspection that we paid. I’m so glad that we had the house inspected. Anthony and Chad were both at the inspection and answered any questions we had at that time and have since responded promptly to any questions we have had about the inspection after the fact. They got us the report the same day as the inspection. I would recommend Westbrook Homes and would use them again for future inspections.
